A 3-4 hour private, interactive cooking class where you will learn recipes and history from the Buenos Aires "bodegon". A bodegon is a family run restaurant. Initially, these restaurants were founded by Spanish immigrants feeding a mostly Italian clientele. Over time, dishes from both cuisines began to mix together and now often appear on the same menus. Today, you will learn how to three dishes. The class will be accompanied with local wine. At the end of the class, you will sit down and eat all together. A booklet with the recipe will be provided for you to take home.
Inclusions: private cooking class, booklet with recipes, all food and drink
Exclusions: hotel pick up and drop off
Cancelation policy: 50% of the total price is reserved as a non-refundable deposit. To receive the other 50% , guests must cancel in writing 72 hours prior to tour start time. Same day cancellations or no shows are not eligible under any circumstances of a refund. Due to the highly involved nature of planning a custom private tour, we appreciate your understanding and compliance.
